We have 3 autoclaves across 2 manufacturing site, the largest of which is over 8 metres long, and have recently taken delivery of a brand new autoclave to help expand our manufacturing capacity.

We have the latest CAD software to assist with composite component design, tooling design, and CNC manufacture.

We have a Haas VF4SS CNC machine on site, with access to a Mazak 5 axis mill turn.

We have an automated ply cutter on site in our newly constructed cleanroom, so can pre-cut plies of prepreg ahead of layup, increasing manufacturing speed and capacity.

We have recently finished a new cleanroom at our 2nd manufacturing facility, as we expand to cater for a new production contract.

We can use bladder moulding as a fast way to produce tubular products out of autoclave, in our large oven.
