If required, CFUKC can offer sketch drawings of your product design, before you commit to any financial outlay. 

With the latest software we can prepare CAD files of your products and ideas, ready for prototyping or mould production. If you have a part to replicate, we can offer 3D scanning to convert to a CAD file. 

Using Finite Element Analysis, CFUKC will be able to verify whether or not a proposed design will be capable of performing to specification, prior to prototyping or manufacturing. 

CFUKC can offer 3 and 5 axis machining facilities for both pattern and mould production as well as trimming of composite components for high accuracy, to ensure perfect fitment and interfacing. 

CFUKC can offer moulds produced from a wide range of materials, from low-cost GRP through to high-temperature pre-preg and metals.

With our knowledge and experience in the composite industry, CFUKC are in an excellent position to offer clients a comprehensive R&D and component prototyping service. 

With three Autoclaves across our two production facilities, CFUKC are able to offer full scale series manufacture of composite components.
